Camp Moonflower is seeking enthusiastic General Counselors to join our inclusive, wellness-focused summer program for teen girls ages 12–17. Counselors help create a supportive and creative camp environment through mentorship, recreation, and daily activities like arts, outdoor adventure, and team challenges.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, energetic, and eager to inspire campers to grow in confidence, leadership, and community — all while having an unforgettable summer experience.

Camp Moonflower is seeking creative and energetic Specialist Counselors to lead and inspire campers through programs like sports, fitness, arts & crafts, theater, paintball, archery, water sports, survival training, and carpentry.

Specialist Counselors guide campers in their area of expertise while supporting general camp activities and occasionally helping in cabins as a floater counselor. Ideal candidates are skilled in their craft, love working with youth, and enjoy creating a fun, inclusive, and empowering camp experience.
